Traditional helmets are made in two parts. The shell and the EPS foam. These are then attached to plastic mold in a seperate process. The Harsh Pro EPS Helmets are different. Made using industry leading technology, the EPS foam is injected into the shell mold giving a uniform fit with no gaps. The result is a exceptionally lighweight helmet that weighs less than 300g – putting it up there with some of the best bicycle helmets in the industry. Harsh Pro EPS Helmets also have a low profile fit, designed to cover the most vulnerable parts of your head (notably the bottom of your skull).
