At Apollo® Sale Store, we stand behind the quality of our 3-wheel scooters, adventure bikes, and cycling accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags and packaging intact
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Bike Lube and other consumable maintenance products
  • Bike Puncture Repair kits (if opened)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
