Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes package tracking
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Bike Lube and other consumable maintenance products
- Opened Bike Puncture Repair kits
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, including a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability – if your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
